okay first off.

i think i'm back to blogger. i still have a tumblr and i will never, ever, ever abandon it because it just relates to me on so many levels - i'd be a fool to leave it. feels reaally weird to go back to a place with two years worth of memories. Now I’ll be filling it up again, only this time with new memories.

(who probably isn't gonna see this) love our impromptu meet ups, weekly thursday meet ups and how we never run out of things to say. last thurs we decided to start this thing - every week we would introduce each other to our favourite songs of the alphabets. we started with A last week! i think it's really cool that we are very much into fashion and music. we like the kooks, the strokes, the wombats.. basically we are open to indie bands, alternative music and so much moree. hope we get into vacation CDS! we'll be doing a move-in video ;)

i usually only get up after 1130. my sleep this morning was disrupted by my past, not in a good way, but not in a bad way either.

just suddenly thought of stuff and i wanted to relive it, remember it once again.

hence i'm back to blogger. realised that many of my memories are actually here with blogger, tumblr is a place whereby i reblog pictures, mainly relating to fashion or whatnot. so yeaaah...

i don't know, have i changed a lot? i know i have made rather significant decisions in the few years of my life. and i wouldn't say i regret any (cause i don't) but i just... wonder if they would make any difference as well should i have made other decisions.

okay, so hi guysss! haven't been here for long, decided to come back to do this mini post (who still comes back, anyway?)

sooo i'm currently typing in the dark, my room lights are off as my mom thinks i'm "asleep". or on my way to being "asleep", at least. i have to get up by 6 tmr, it's my first time joining a marathon!!!! 10km only larsxzxz BUT STILL i'm stoked. and worried at the same time.

WOOHOOOOO it's gonna be fun.

anddddd, i'm a happy girl with all my loots :') h&m was amazing, despite the fact that i had to queue up to get in. mind you, the queue was reaaaallly long.

had a great time with my wifey toooooooo muacks (love our htht-talks)

although i must admit, i need to curb my spending habits.

i've spent close to $300 this month already. also, i have at least 10 pieces of clothings tht i have yet to wear (no, i am not kidding) GOOD LORD HELP ME.

we were actually lying down, getting ready to sleep.. and then i suggested we play scissors paper stone woohoo!!!

On saturday, it was abel's birthday party (HAPPY BIRTHDAY AGAIN!) --ok note: i am gonna rant from here onwards-- it was also my very first time downing so much alcohol. Along with that, it was my first time puking 4 times too. Hahahaha i am such a loser.

But who cares i had SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO x 1987282862 much fun!! I would totally relive the night man. Initially we started off with weird, disgusting concoctions like vinegar + vodka, peach tea + salt and then it was purely alcohol with pear tea hahahaha. Omg it was soo much fun! It was indeed liberating to literally "let my hair down" with a bunch of people I could really trust. (Now i know why people drink alcohol)

It was my first time seeing everyone else in their drunken stupor.. What a sight :') I clearly remember everyone asking me if I'm drunk but I felt sober. As I look back at the pictures, I can't seem to remember taking them/being taken though. Weeeeird.

Anyway, speaking of the puking process.. It was gross. I cried each time I puked. So I cried four times.. Whoa. We all decided to sleep at close to 5, and none of us bathed or brushed our teeth.. Yuck. Hehe. De and I woke up first, no technically she woke me up hahaha. Throughout the night, Zach kept kicking our heads (zach if you are seeing this don't feel guilty haha!!)

This is probably a shitty recount of what really happened. To sum it up..
IT WAS A HELLUVA NIGHT

This was last saturday. Met up with dacy, then Ju, darren and oscar. Baked cookies for the birthday girl! Which turned out tasty and it was our very first attempt weeee. So thereafter we had to kill time, thus we went for pig organ's soup at geylang (which kinda freaked ju and i out) and play pool. I wouldn't say our plan succeeded nor would I say it failed.. But anyway the birthday girl deon heng was definitely taken aback in good ways soo (Y)

Impromptu sleepover, Ju was the first to knock out (again) hahaha while de and I slept at 5 and got up at 11ish. Meh.

Today I'm just gonna talk a bit bout myself soo, you can skip this post if you have no interest or whatsoever.

Actually, I'm the kind of person who expresses her thoughts explicitly and blatantly. Like, I make no attempt to conceal my anger/disgust/happiness and so on.. I am rather straightforward I would say, because I don't like to bottle up stuff inside me. Plus it's unhealthy. I think i'm pretty imaginative as well. I build sandcastles in the air almost twice a day, ha ha. I feel emotions. Strongly. When I watch a movie I can just tear when my friends go "What the hell?! Touching meh! Why you cry!!!' then i'd go "YAAA! It was so sad.." When I read books i can tear too. Ok don't judge, i'm not a cry baby. Hhahahaa. Just days ago I was reading this book on the bus.. And then this annoying tear drop escaped from my eye. I seriously tried my best to stifle the tears becuz I knew my eyeliner would smudge and it would be an awful sight to behold.. But apparently I failed quite miserably. Meh. After I got home, my mom asked me what happened :| so yeah.. I would say I'm quite an emotional person.

Just a short and lazy post before I get ready to head out.

It's quite infuriating, how always when I have to get up early for work I feel very unreluctant to drag my ass out of bed.. Yet when I can sleep in, I just... Don't feel that sleepy.

So I've taken a liking to my mundane life right now - working on some days, catching up with my friends on other days, heading to the gym to exercise, reading books at 12am till i feel groggy..

School's gonna start in less than a month's time. Oh crap so soon?!?! Tbh i'm feeling rather apprehensive. I know it's gonna be a whole new phase of my life.. It's really intimidating. I finally decided to update this space again. So today saw me lazing around in bed the first thing in the morning.. And then reaching out for my phone. It's funny how my phone is so important to me. just had to come back and update this space, heh heh. so, i'm glad to say my life is awesome right now. i have plans whenever i have off days and my colleagues are amazing people, man they r real funny!!! hahaha. plus, everyday sth unexpected happens!!

for example, a lady whom i've never met b4 said she knows i'll do well for o levels by my looks (:o) and even wanted my name and number becuz she wanted me to tutor her niece (WHAAAT?) also, ystd when i went to buy sth for my colleague.. the aunty at jollibean said "ni hen mei!!" to me which means "you're very pretty" HEEEEHEEE sorry huge ego boost ikr.. :-)

ANYWAY on a particular off day namely today.. the ho family went to catch narnia together wee! not forgetting papa ho who brought along his nike haversack to sneak in our fair share of lunch - burger king meals. HAHA so if you're thinking, omg did you and your family eat burgers, fries and drink coke while watching narnia in the cinema?! YES WE DID. LOL

Oh and this might be nothing but, i think i'm gonna start putting felt liner when i head out nowadays. Goodbye rishon's bare face, haha.

It feels heartwarming when my family's so close. Like how my mom goes "VERY GROSS LEH1!!" when she sees the webcam pics hahaha while my dad joins in the fun hehehehe. That's what I've been doing for the past week. Sleepover was impromptu, thus I didn't bring a single thing with me. No extra clothes, no pjs, no undergarments, no towel, NOTHING. Hehehehehe. How are my eyebrows! Defined right, dacy plucked them while I plucked her armpit hair HAHA her armpit must be lookin' real good ;) HAHAHA

And Prom was.. tbh, kinda boring. The food sucked, the entertainment was blah. Didn't take many pictures, didn't even bring a camera. Thank God for good company nonetheless :-) plus ashiq booked a hotel room so we partied in there with his dj set... Not for long before we were chased out hahahahaha and then we had to hang around the airport for quite a fair bit, before attempting to sneak back in.

The webcam pics were taken at like 2ish in the morning, after dacy and I got back to her place. Surprisingly we don't look like a trainwreck.

Anywaaay... Xinhao just told me to see T.O.P perform, wtf he has white hair and black eyebrows (dacy you're sooo gonna dislike that) BUT he's still hot. His charisma is like exploding HAHAHAHA ohhhhhhhhhh God.

De and I went to pass Jo his bday gift without telling him beforehand, hahaha. His parents were at home and we weren't expecting that :/ but his mom is soo cute!!! anyone watching the soccer match just now??!! Singapore vs montegro (sp?)! Man was it an exciting one! Heh i love you singapore!!!!!! The match sure has fostered a great sense of belonging in me.. Well at least something along that line haha. I know, i'm sounding ohsopatriotic right now and i'd never expect myself to feel this way but.... I'm proud to be a singaporean!! What more, all of the players were local talent! ^_^
Oh and.. I know tht only six countries are participating in the football tournament BUT did yknow only people under 15 are allowed to join?! (okay, i'll admit i didn't know tht. Cameron told me tht, haha) so yeah you've gotta give them some credit!!!!!

Okay so after playing bball and badminton with ju, evan (ju's boyfriend HEHE), joal and bryan, we ate dinner together, parted, and i went to sleepover at ju's place! She told me to put my bag into her room first and i was like okay.. And when i opened the door, i saw the huge poster of "happy birthday" and i went "SO SWEET" only becuz i thought her friends had done that for her on her bday and she pasted it on the wall.

It was only until i saw my name on the other piece of paper that i realised it was for me!! Even the balloons had happy birthday printed on them! My presents were on the wall as well hahaha.

SO SWEET RIGHT? I was really at a loss for words and I couldnt believe my eyes! Thank you ju, evan and jodie!!!!! :)

Yesterday, I had my fair share of surprises. Even my teacher (miss suhaila) had a part to play!!! It's zhanhao's bday today (happy bday you!), weeshin's the day after and mine's on monday ok soo after chem lessons, which was 4ish, everyone was dead on their feet and wanted to just go home so badly. Then miss suhaila told us to stay in class as she needed to pass us some stuff. So she went down while we were all in class, impatient for school to officially end..

And like suddenly, yeah suddenly, I saw her entering class with a hugeass cake. Everyone started singing, clapping their hands.. Omg I couldn't take it all in hahahahha so did my other two friends. We just stood there, dumbfounded. And shy.

Cut the cake and oooh it was good!!! Nom nom. My classmates were saying that they had the intention of smearing cake on my face and i was like You dare!!

Apparently they caught me off guard so i got cake smeared over my face. I went to the toilet to wash my face only to get smeared with cake again hahahah this cycle repeated itself for like three times. And!! My two awesome best friends just stood there without doing anything! Hahahahaha

So, you may wonder, what's up with me posting my outfits lately. Ha ha, i guess this would be called a "natural phenomenon" for me. Well kind of.. in a way or another, unforeseen. Since 13, I began to grow a love for fashion. As hours, days, months went by, this love of mine grew stronger and morphed into something I cannot do without. More than a force of habit, it's like its part of me already..

Right now, I'm weighing my options as I decide whether I should take up apparel design & merchandising or mass com. I have a love for language too, (english is my salvation) without it i'm pretty much stupid hahahaha. However.. people say singaporeans can't make it big and question, what do we know bout fashion? A very morbid question for us all to ponder over. That's hardly the point anyway if we set our minds to it, there's nothing to it!!! (ok i think that line is the lyrics of some song heheheh)

I guess that's why the seminar i'm gonna attend at tp tmr will be of help!!! Answers that will satisfy my undying questions. Wow if you've read up to here, I'm pretty impressed :)
